From our initial meeting and throughout his attendance Andy presented an utterly friendly and engaging manner. Equally, his professionalism shone through his steadfast approach to the work in hand concerning the re-wiring of my home. Communication was consistently clear and helpful eg keeping me informed of developments and ongoing progress, very re-assuring indeed.
Special thanks, also, to Steve's earnest contribution: not only for his positive and courteous attitude but also the due diligence and care consistently applied in terms of cleaning up after each stage in the whole process. Much admired and greatly appreciated.
